- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Business owner customer of First National Bank 18 years. Unfortunately bought out by Farmers. Home office Teri, overdrafts department rude uncaring. Made addition mistake overdrawn, had 2 other accounts with plenty of funds to cover delinquency. Teri stated sorry the accounts were never linked together at the branch, could have been but were not. We did not know. They will piggy back charges if they can. Teri did not want to refund all of the fees. We complained to the branch, fees refunded but 3 or 4 days later, too late, did not like the way we were treated, moved accounts to another bank with linked accounts. Beware of this bank there are better options out there.By 02 roadking, December 14, 2016
